I love this Green smoothie recipe because I feel great after eating it. I have more energy when I start my day with a smoothie that had everything my body needs straight away.
I find it cheaper to buy frozen fruits, or to purchase them fresh and freeze them myself to make them last longer! With this recipe feel free to use fresh or frozen.
1 cup of coconut water
1 handful of spinach
1/2 a cucumber
1-2 chunks of pineapple
1/2 kiwi fruit
4-5 Ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
